We are more than just a betting platform. jom99 is built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering the best experience to every member across Malaysia.
Jom99 started with one simple but important goal – to provide an online betting platform that Malaysians could truly trust. When the platform launched in 2018, the local online betting market was still filled with non-transparent platforms, slow payouts, and customer support that was nearly impossible to reach. We saw that gap, and we decided to do something different.
From day one, jom99 built with a focus on local users. This isn't an international platform that was simply translated into Malay – we understand how Malaysians think, how they bet, and what matters most to them: fast payouts, fair games, and a platform that doesn't disappear when something goes wrong.
Over seven years, jom99 has grown into one of the most recognized online betting platforms in Malaysia, with over 150,000 Registered Members from across the country — from Perlis to Sabah and Sarawak. But that growth in numbers isn't what we're most proud of. What means more to us is the trust our members place in us every single day.
This is a question we often hear from prospective members who are still on the fence. The answer isn't just a marketing slogan — it's a daily practice you can feel for yourself once you start using our platform.
First, withdrawal speed. This is the number one complaint users have about other platforms. At jom99, withdrawals are processed within 10 to 30 minutes for regular members, and as fast as 3 to 5 minutes for VIP members. We have no excuse to delay your payout – when you win, you deserve your money right away.
Second, transparency across all aspects of our operations. Every game offered at jom99 uses a certified random number generator (RNG). The odds displayed are real odds. The win records shared on our Wins page are genuine records from real members. We have nothing to hide.
Third, truly responsive customer support. The jom99 support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Our live chat typically responds in under 2 minutes. Whether it's an account issue, a payment query, or a game problem – we're here to resolve it, not make excuses.
Jom99's vision is to be the most trusted and most loved online betting platform among Malaysian users. We want to build a safe, fair, and enjoyable digital entertainment ecosystem — where every member feels valued and protected.
Our mission is straightforward: we are committed to consistently offering competitive odds, processing payouts quickly, adding quality game options, and investing in the latest security technology to protect our members' data and funds. Every business decision we make is filtered through one question – is this good for our members?
Jom99 believes that betting should remain entertainment, not a burden. That's why we invest in responsible gaming tools that allow members to set daily deposit limits, wagering limits, and break periods from the platform. We also provide resources and information on how to identify unhealthy betting habits.
This platform is for individuals aged 18 and above. We take this social responsibility seriously and continuously work with organizations that promote responsible gambling awareness. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming us.
